Sunblink Entertainment LLC (“Sunblink,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is a developer of video games including Hello Kitty Island Adventure. This privacy policy describes how Sunblink processes personal information that we collect through our digital properties or online services that link to this Privacy Policy (including, as applicable, our website, video games, mobile applications, and social media pages), as well as our other activities described in this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service”).
Personal information we collect
Sunblink collects a limited amount of personal information, which may include.
Information you provide to us. Personal information you may provide to us through the Service or otherwise includes the following:

Gaming data, such as information relating to your gaming profile and activity, including your trophy count, rank achieved in multiplayer matches, and other in-game actions or achievements. Some of our collection of this data may be associated with or otherwise facilitated by a unique, random identifier that is assigned to your instance of the game and persists across gameplay sessions.

Communications data based on our exchanges with you, including when you contact us through the Service, social media, or otherwise.

Other data not specifically listed here, which we will use as described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.
Third-party sources. We may combine personal information we receive from you with personal information we obtain from other sources, such as:

Third-party services, such as the Apple Game Center, which may include profile data such as your nickname, personalized Memoji, your preference for multiplayer functionality, whether you would like to connect with friends, and any other information that you add to your account profile that is made available to us based on your account settings on that service.
Automatic data collection. We, our service providers, and our business partners may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your interaction over time with the Service, our communications and other online services, such as:

Device data, such as your computer or mobile device’s operating system and type, and language settings. We will also collect your IP address only for the duration of a multiplayer gameplay session, but we do not store it beyond the end of the session.
How we use your personal information
We may use your personal information for the following purposes or as otherwise described at the time of collection:
Service delivery and business operations. We may use your personal information to:

To create aggregated, de-identified and/or anonymized data. We may create aggregated, de-identified and/or anonymized data from your personal information and other individuals whose personal information we collect. We make personal information into de-identified and/or anonymized data by removing information that makes the data identifiable to you. We may use this aggregated, de-identified and/or anonymized data and share it with third parties for our lawful business purposes, including to analyze and improve the Service and promote our business.
Retention
We generally retain personal information to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, to establish or defend legal claims, or for fraud prevention purposes. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we may consider factors such as the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal information, the purposes for which we process your personal information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
When we no longer require the personal information we have collected about you, we may either delete it, anonymize it, or isolate it from further processing.
How we share your personal information
We may share your personal information with the following parties and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy or at the time of collection.
Service providers. Third parties that provide services on our behalf or help us operate the Service or our business (such as hosting, storage, consumer research and analytics).
Linked third-party services. We may share your personal information with third-party services that are linked to your game profile, such as the Apple Game Center. The third party’s use of the shared information will be governed by its privacy policy and the settings associated with your account with the third-party service.
Third parties designated by you. We may share your personal information with third parties where you have instructed us or provided your consent to do so.
Partners. Third parties with whom we partner, including parties with whom we jointly offer products or services.
Professional advisors. Professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, bankers and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.
Authorities and others. Law enforcement, government authorities, and private parties, as we believe in good faith to be necessary or appropriate for the compliance and protection purposes described above.
Business transferees. Acquirers and other relevant participants in business transactions (or negotiations of or due diligence for such transactions) involving a corporate divestiture, merger, consolidation, acquisition, reorganization, sale or other disposition of all or any portion of the business or assets of, or equity interests in, Sunblink or our affiliates (including, in connection with a bankruptcy or similar proceedings).
Other users and the public. Your profile and other user-generated content data (except for messages) may be visible to other users of the Service and the public. For example, other users of the Service or the public may have access to your information if you choose to make your profile or other personal information available to them through the Service, such as when you provide a personalized Memoji or nickname. This information can be seen, collected and used by others, including being cached, copied, screen captured or stored elsewhere by others (e.g., search engines), and we are not responsible for any such use of this information.
We make commercially reasonable efforts to verify that the parties with whom our mobile application shares personal information provide a level of protection of personal information consistent with the practices described in this Privacy Policy, except that all such parties described above other than service providers and affiliates may, to the extent permitted by law, use personal information as described in their own privacy policies.
Your choices
Declining to provide information. We need to collect personal information to provide certain services. If you do not provide the information we identify as required or mandatory, we may not be able to provide those services.
Delete your content or close your account. You can choose to delete certain content, including personal information we have collected about you. If you wish to exercise your right to deletion, please email us at privacy@sunblink.com. We will need to verify your identity to process your deletion request. To verify your identity, we may require your account credentials, a declaration under penalty of perjury or other information. To delete your account, log into your Game Center mobile application, open the Sunblink game, click on “Settings,” and then click on “Delete Account.”
Other sites and services
The Service may contain links to websites, mobile applications, and other online services operated by third parties. In addition, our content may be integrated into web pages or other online services that are not associated with us. These links and integrations are not an endorsement of, or representation that we are affiliated with, any third party. We do not control websites, mobile applications or online services operated by third parties, and we are not responsible for their actions. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of the other websites, mobile applications and online services you use.
Security
We employ a number of technical, organizational and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect. However, security risk is inherent in all internet and information technologies and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.
International data transfer
We are headquartered in the United States and may use service providers that operate in other countries. Your personal information may be transferred to the United States or other locations where privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your state, province, or country.
Children
The Service is family oriented and, therefore, we may collect certain limited data pertaining to children while playing the game. However, any data we collect or use about children is limited to persistent identifiers and such identifiers are used for the purpose of providing support for the internal operations of the game only. If you are a parent or guardian of a child from whom you believe we have collected personal information in a manner prohibited by law, please contact us at privacy@sunblink.com. If we learn that we have collected personal information through the Service from a child without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian as required by law, we will comply with applicable legal requirements to delete the information. We encourage parents or guardians with concerns to contact us by sending an email to us with the subject line “Child Personal Information” to exercise the rights afforded under this Privacy Policy.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by updating the date of this Privacy Policy and posting it on the Service or other appropriate means. Any modifications to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon our posting the modified version (or as otherwise indicated at the time of posting). In all cases, your use of the Service after the effective date of any modified Privacy Policy indicates your acknowledgment that the modified Privacy Policy applies to your interactions with the Service and our business.

This notice describes our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information of California residents in our capacity as a “business” under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and such residents’ rights with respect to their personal information. Exercising your right to know, access, correction, and deletion. You may submit requests to exercise your right to know, access, correction, or deletion to privacy@sunblink.com. As described above, due to our limited collection and retention of personal information, we may be unable to fulfill certain requests to exercise such rights if we do not have any information responsive to your request.
Exercising your right to opt-out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your Personal Information. We do not engage in activities that constitute as “selling” or “sharing” of Personal Information under the CCPA.
Verification of identity; authorized agents. We may need to verify your identity to process your requests to exercise your rights to know, access, deletion, and correction, and we reserve the right to confirm your California residency. To verify your identity, we may require you to log into an online account if you have one, provide identifiers we can match against information we may have collected from you previously, confirm your request using the email or telephone account stated in the request, provide government identification, or provide a declaration under penalty of perjury, where permitted by law.
Your authorized agent may make a request on your behalf upon our verification of the agent’s identity and our receipt of a copy of a valid power of attorney given to your authorized agent pursuant to applicable state law. If you have not provided your agent with such power of attorney, we may ask you and/or your agent to take additional steps permitted by law to verify that your request is authorized, such as information required to verify your identity and that you have given the authorized agent permission to submit the request.
Personal information that we collect, use and disclose. We have summarized the Personal Information we collect, the purposes for which we collect it, and the third parties to or with whom we may disclose, sell or share it by reference below to both the categories defined in the “Personal information we collect” section of this Policy above and the categories of Personal Information specified in the CCPA (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.140).
