Any staircase, narrow passage/doorways, ice, snow, dangerous obstacles, narrow elevators etc. are encountered additional fees will apply. PFC is not responsible for property damage that occurs as a direct result of dangerous or structural conditions
not remedied by the customer or conditions influenced by nature. Clients must take appropriate measure to protect carpes and tile floors from damage of heavy equipment transport. PFC is not responsible for damage where customer has not appropiately prepared or equipment move. Moving heavy equipment is dangerous and risk injury to PFC personnel and client personal property is an inherent risk. PFC will take the appropriate measures necessary to reduce the likelihood of injury to insure our clients a safe and efficient move.
