I recognize and understand that as a meeting planner you have a great deal at stake riding on your decision in selecting a presenter. Your decision will not only have a direct and major impact on the quality of your meeting, but it will also be a direct reflection on your ability as a meeting planner. I take that seriously. You want a speaker that will not only be entertaining and interesting but more importantly, deliver a cohesive message sure to leave a positive and lasting impact on those that attend. Whether it has been the best year ever, or a year where you now find your organization in the midst of crisis, I feel confident your valued people will find my message pertinent. My commitment is to make your next meeting the best on record and to make you “shine” in the eyes of those you work for. That is my promise. To that end, I want you to feel comfortable in knowing that I will do the work necessary to study and research your group to ensure that my presentation is customized to meet the specific theme and purpose of your meeting. I will hit the “Bulls-eye” you are aiming for with respect to your upcoming goals and objectives. Holds on my Calendar:

My staff has been instructed to honor calendar holds for ten-days only. Calendar holds must be confirmed by submitting a 50% (or greater) deposit. Remaining balance will be submitted 2 weeks prior to presentation. Expenses will be billed within 30 days.

 

Base Honorarium:

My base honorarium will remain the same for the time being: Continental United States - $5,500 Outside the CONUS but within North America - $7,500

 

Lodging, expenses and first-class round-trip travel from Hartford CT. will be added to the base fee. (Please note; I am now requiring 2 nights lodging for presentation within the CONUS. Others will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

 

Air Travel-Inclusive Fee Schedule: I also honor a fee inclusive of air travel. The breakdown is determined by time zones and is represented as follows:

 

EASTERN - $6,000 ( plus 1 night lodging

                and expenses)

CENTRAL - $6,500 ( plus 1 night lodging

                and expenses)

MOUNTAIN - $7000 ( plus 1 night

                   lodging and expenses)

PACIFIC - $7,500 ( plus 1 night lodging

                and expenses)
